I brought my 2010 Enclave in because of trancmission concerns. John Chadwell in the service department listened very closely as I explained that I had a downshifting problem under certain road condition concerns. He asked a service tech to drive my vehicle taking me along. We were not able to duplicate the road coditions or the problem (problem occured in the mountians of West Virginia). Great experience with Tony. Made the entire process very easy. Very friendly and treated us both very well. Best service staff and technicians I have ever worked with. William Grau got his tech to look at my Canyon and evaluate the problem fixed it that day and works great. I dropped in without an appointment for an oil change, and they were able to get me in and out in under an hour, they even washed my car! This is very important to me with my schedule, as I have difficult and they were able to get me in and out in under an hour, they even washed my car!
