Absolutely, hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had ! ! My husband and I have purchased many cars from many dealer during our 37 years of marriage and this is by far the BEST dealership have ever had ! ! We have had the best imaginable experience at Jeff Wyler Florence Buick. Bill Monhollen was our sales consultant and without doubt his professionalism, knowledge and demeanor are what made it such a pleasur Florence Buick. Bill Monhollen was our sales consultant and without doubt his professionalism, knowledge and demeanor are what made it such a pleasure to purchase our Buick Enclave. My husband and I walked into the show room late afternoon on Saturday (near closing time) and Bill spent hours with us, showing us vehicles, demonstrating and explaining the Enclave and taking a test drive. The exact Enclave we wanted was not on the lot but Bill and Dave Navarre sourced one for us and we were driving our new Luxury SUV within four days! That was really impressive to us and clearly is integral to the Jeff Wyler commitment to excellence. Bill's follow up and contact was perfect, aka, just enough but not pushy. His knowledge of the Enclave was really impressive and when I picked the car up he took time to review the extensive features with my daughter. Bill made up-sale suggestions for a tire package and paint protection that we appreciated and we purchased. We are completely spoiled and love it! Bill Monhollen has set the new standard for car purchase excellence. Hands down this was the best auto experience we have ever had. (and there have been many) We traded in a BMW (my last two SUV's have been BMW's) for the Enclave and without question the entire Buick experience outperformed the BMW one! The showroom is pristine, waiting area, amenities and restrooms very nice. All employees we encountered we professional,courteous, and attentive. More

I would have given a perfect 5 across the board if the part fixed, an HVAC resistor pack, would have been in stock. While I understand that every part can't certainly be stocked, I believe this part is f part fixed, an HVAC resistor pack, would have been in stock. While I understand that every part can't certainly be stocked, I believe this part is fairly prone to failure in all cars after about 5 or 6 years. This forced the car to be in the shop overnight, causing some inconvenience for our family. Otherwise, my experience at Jeff Wyler Buick GMC was excellent. More

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I took my '08 Silverado to them for warranty work and they "claimed" GM denied the work. The issue stems from an after market exhaust system that was installe '08 Silverado to them for warranty work and they "claimed" GM denied the work. The issue stems from an after market exhaust system that was installed on the truck. They claim it "modified" the system, therefore my powertrain warranty is now void. If you experience this issue do some research on the magnuson-moss act of 1975. It specifically states that the installation of after-market parts cannot in itself void a manufacturer's warranty. I fully believe GM has instructed all dealerships to look for anything possible to so warranty items can be declined. Additionally I believe the dealership could have worked with GM to satisfactorily resolve my issue, however they told me "too bad, it's not our problem". This experience has led us to think twice concerning any future car purchases from GM or this dealership. More

Everyone is super friendly. Scott got our vehicle in for service very quickly. Called promptly with a repair estimate and recommendations. The air conditioning went out on a very hot afternoon. I called and we had a loaner within 30 minutes and dropped the car off. As I had an extended warrantee cost was not an issue.
