I choose this dealership because my insurance company recommended them due to the warrenty on repairs. I brought my truck in for an estimate for damage repairs to the truck bed and back off cab. Body shop did an assesment and took pictures and had a quote the next day. The parts were ordered and I had an appointment set up at my convience. I actually arrived a little late after hours to drop off the truck but the service department was ready to take of me. They called the body shop manager to see if he was still in. He came up and stayed to check my truck in and told me he would keep me updated on the progress. which he did as promised. I picked up my truck and was quite suprised to see that it had been washed and vacuumed. The work was done very well and the paint was matched perfectly. I would definately recommend this dealership. My dad and I actually went into the dealership to get some parts for his car. So upon waiting for my dad I was walking around the lot ( I was anyways in a hunt for a car) and Tom Denhe- great guy- came some parts for his car. So upon waiting for my dad I was walking around the lot ( I was anyways in a hunt for a car) and Tom Denhe- great guy- came up and showed me a car that was on sale. So one thing led to another we ended up driving off with my new car. I'm so happy I got the car from this dealership. I've been to many dealers before coming to this one and I didn't feel as welcomed as I did here. Very friendly and lively staff. Moreover I'm happy we worked with Tom Dehne. Service Dept was most accommodating to repair my air conditioning system which is still under warranty. A 'loaner' car was readily provided during my car's over weekend repair. I started out looking at all SUV's and fell in love with the Enclave. I went in to talk with David about the Enclave just to see where I would end up and had a wonderful outcome.
