I came to see about the new 2011 Grand Cherokee in the summer and met Jason. I wanted a new Overland with specific options but Chrysler released things in piecemeal and there were several temporary restri summer and met Jason. Jason was extremely helpful from the very beginning. His knowledge of the car was top notch which can not be said for a lot of other salesmen I've met in the past. He was patient and kept me up to date with everything during the whole process. Despite knowing I was intent on waiting as long as necessary to get the exact car I wanted, he never forgot about me. My last buying experience with my 2005 Grand Cherokee was at a different dealership and was not enjoyable. This time it was a different story. Mark was a great salesman. There was an issue getting my Black on Black 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee because the black paint came from Japan and with the earthquake there was a shortage. I keep going back there because I know I am going to get great, QUALITY, service. The staff there is eager & helpful, but not pushy. My first car purchased from their dealership was a used 1996 dodge neon, followed by a new 2004 Grand Cherokee, and now i just traded my 2004 Grand Cherokee for a brand new 2011 Grand Cherokee. Mark was great, he helped find the exact things i wanted for my new jeep & kept me informed through the buying process. I got a fair, or more than fair, trade value at the closing. Their new showroom & location is a huge improvement from their old location. Honestly I can't think of much for these guys to improve on. I know when the time comes for service I'll be going back to them! More

My husband and I went back to D'Ambrosio for the 3rd time on 3/15/11. This was the 2nd time, specifically to deal with Bob Holmes again as we had such a positive experience with him in 2004!!. We wanted to trade our 2004 Dodge Dakota for a 2011 Jeep Compass and Bob made it a seamless, stess-free, transaction. We told Bob of our budget for a car payment and he made that work. My husband and Bob had a great deal in common this time around and it was like reconnecting with an old friend (though he is not old!)I would recommend D'Ambrosio, and have in the past, for several reasons:efficient, friendly, and most of all...NO PRESSURE!
