To Whom it may concern, I had my truck in for service To Whom it may concern, I had my truck in for service for it's first oil change on Tuesday April 19th, (not positive on the date). The next Morning To Whom it may concern, I had my truck in for service for it's first oil change on Tuesday April 19th, (not positive on the date). The next Morning Wednesday April 20th, I noticed 2 small dents and a paint scraped on the right rear quarter above the tail light. There was no damage to the tail light, bumper etc. I've had this truck looked at and it was suggested that it looks like an exhaust pipe did this damage, possible my truck backing into another vehicle on a lift. I sent the pictures of the damage to Dave Baldwin and he was very helpful in trying to see if it happened at your dealer. I was however very disappointed that the service manager did not contact me or ask to see the truck. I do believe this did happen at your dealer, I have re-traced all my steps and there is no possible way it could have happened anywhere else. Needless to say my truck will not be back at D'ambrossio Dodge in Downingtown Pa. for service, I am very disappointed in the quality of work, since there is just no way this happened anywhere else. I gave the best rating because, This has been the easist purchase my wife and I have ever had. The saleman Bob was friendly, the finance & delivery depts were quick. We have some credit issues, Bob NEVER made us feel like losers who don't pay our bills. The truth is that we got into credit trouble while I was out of work for 6 months. Since then I now have 2 jobs to "dig" out of the credit hole and rebuilt our credit. Overall my wife and I had visited a few dealerships in the past months luckly we didn't get the good "Vibe" from them as we did at Jeff D'Ambrosio. We will tell all our friends, co-workers & anybody walking down the street to go to Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group because if they can't get in a car nobody can. More
Dave Baldwin was very friendly right from the beginning, and worked with us to give us as many options as possible. He walked me through the lot to help me find the style of car we wanted and then went out and worked with us to give us as many options as possible. We were researching a car online and received a prompt call and made an appointment. We fell in love with the Outlander Sport and Bob was extremely helpful and friendly. This is our fourth car from Jeff's Auto Group and we would not go anywhere else. And we would not deal with any other salesperson than Dave Baldwin. I visited the Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group Fiat Dealership with other Fiat enthusiasts from our club Fiat Lancia Unlimited (FLU.ORG). The staff was just as excited as we were to welcome Fiat back to the US. T with other Fiat enthusiasts from our club Fiat Lancia Unlimited (FLU.ORG). The staff was just as excited as we were to welcome Fiat back to the US. The dealership was unlike any dealership that I have walked into. There are monitors where you can select the features you want on your car. It gives you an idea of what the car will look like before you make the purchase. The staff is just as excited as I was to make my purchase of the Fiat 500. THey are very knowledgable about all the features of the Fiat 500. The salesman who assisted me was Edgar Floyd. The sales staff does not preasure you to make a purchase. He took me through the puchasing process from the start through driving the car off the lot. Edgar Floyd has continued to stay in touch with me to ensure the Fiat 500 is keeping me happy. I have been averaging 43 MPG. This has been the most pleasant car purchasing experience I have ever encountered. I plan on making continued visits to the dealership to purchase accessories and apparel. I came to see about the new 2011 Grand Cherokee in the summer and met Jason. I wanted a new Overland with specific options but Chrysler released things in piecemeal and there were several temporary restri summer and met Jason. Jason was extremely helpful from the very beginning. His knowledge of the car was top notch which can not be said for a lot of other salesmen I've met in the past. He was patient and kept me up to date with everything during the whole process. Despite knowing I was intent on waiting as long as necessary to get the exact car I wanted, he never forgot about me. My last buying experience with my 2005 Grand Cherokee was at a different dealership and was not enjoyable. This time it was a different story. I recommend D'Ambrosio and HIGHLY recommend Jason Kimble. I drove 40 minutes and past 2 other Jeep dealers to buy a car from Jason. More
