I have given this dealership the review/ratings that I did because the dealership sucks. We had bought a used suv from them. the first day we were there 5 hours, the second day we were there to pick up did because the dealership sucks. We had bought a used suv from them. the first day we were there 5 hours, the second day we were there to pick up our suv and it wasn't ready, so we had to wait 4 hours for them to finish with it. When we received the suv it had no floor mats, it had not been cleaned from the previous owner, the 3rd row seat was missing, they didnt have the door code for the drivers door, they didnt run it through the inspection, they just slapped the stickers on the windshield, there was only 1 key for the vehicle. we had to take it back because the rear wiper didnt work and the tire shook while driving down the road and we had to wait 4 hours, and they didnt even fix anything they actually made the problems worse. they told us to come back in and they would fix the problems and when we came in they had no workers to work on it. they are unorganized, liars, they double talk. all in all i will never go back to that dealership. if i were you i would find another dealership if you would like a good shopping experience!
