dave baldwin has been our salesperson for years, because he does such excellence job and we bought our 19 year old son for his first car. Price of the vehicle was good, can't say great; but, honestly no price is "great" in this economy. What I can say is the price was good, not totally out of the ballpark but a solid ground ball into the far left feild corner. In the process of looking for a car, I came across Jeff D'Ambrosio and Bob Whelan. I've never had a buying experience quite like this before. While I had found a vehicle off the website originally, Bob did not give up in searching for the Outlander that I had originally requested. Throughout the search, Bob did present us with alternatives, carefully listening to our need and wants. About to give up on the search, Bob was able to locate the car and now sits nicely in our garage. Bob, goes the distance - making the necessary phones calls and pulls all his strings to ensure we were able to take the car home. I am appreciative of Bob's efforts and the D'Ambrosio organization. With dealerships this large, customers tend to be a number, a sale, but with Bob, we were as if he was helping family. He answered any questions we had, and even offered some advice on different matters related to the purchase of the vehicle, and care and maintenance after the purchase. My husband and I purchased a car from Bob last summer for me to drive, and were very satisfied, so when the time came recently for getting a newer car for my husband, we immediately thought of Bob Whelen and Jeff D Ambrosio Dodge Chrysler Jeep.
