I have to say that our experience was HANDS DOWN, the best car buying experience we have had. When we got in the car to leave, my husband actually said those exact words, and I agreed. Honestly, I never thought I'd get a positive comment from him about car buying so that really says alot. Edgar and Alfie were great to work with. They were very professional, very knowledgeable, and very personable. They did not pressure us and were very good at listening to what we wanted and then seeing what they had that would meet our needs. They didn't try to talk us into something we didn't want. When we walked into the showroom and told Edgar that our niece recommend we come there, he knew who she was and even commented that she brings her dog with her when she comes in for service. So he obviously knows his customers, which is really what you want from someone you are buying a car from. Once we bought the car, Edgar explained the features, functions, etc. of the car very thoroughly. As I said, we feel that this was the best experience we have EVER had in buying a car.
