I would recommend this dealership WITH RESERVATION. Salesmen were friendly & knew their products. However, there was a problem with paperwork that should have been submitted from the dealership to USAA Salesmen were friendly & knew their products. Also, after we signed the papers, I realized that the price we paid for the Fiat (was higher than what USAA had recommended we be offered by about $4,000. So, these two issues impact our perception of the knowledgeability of salesmen, or, I wonder if they were rushing a bit because it was the last day of the year. In hindsight, I am not sure if I was offered the best price. This is of concern since we will be looking for a car next year and I am ambivalent about returning. More

Edgar was a very good salesman. My only shock, and I will call it "Sticker Shock" was that the base price, that I was given, was higher than the sticker price that was on the vehicle, when I picked it up. Note: I did not realize this until last evening when I realized that it was in the glove compartment. It appears that I was overcharged for the same vehicle. Everything else was pleasurable. I originally went to the dealership to test drive a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, which was one of three kinds of cars I was considering buying. When I walked in someone came up to me immediately and I did not have to wait, which I really liked. Anthony Vega greeted me with a smile and did not stop smiling the entire time he was helping me. He wasn't pushy, but was very informative and made me feel important. He was upfront and honest about everything, so I didn't feel like I was being scammed and trusted him to provide exactly what I wanted. Originally I wanted a used car, but none of the used Outlander Sports at the dealership were right for me. He worked with me for over a month, kept me updated the second any used Outlander Sports arrived on the lot. Finally, after some negotiation and deep thought, I decided to expand my options and consider a new 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Anthony was able to give me a great price, and got the car to me in a timely manner. This was my first time buying a car for myself, and Anthony helped to make it a more than pleasurable experience. I give Jeff D'ambrosio Auto Group in Downingtown, PA five stars and would recommend this dealership to anyone. Our salesman Jeff Deacon was very patient with us. He test drove several cars with us and was very detailed in explaining the cars amenities to us. He also gave us the chance to take the vehicle we were interested in home for a night so we had the chance to really test it and make sure it was right for us. We also had a good experiences with Jon Smith and Paul Fiedler the sale managers, they were friendly and wanted to make sure we were happy and felt like we received a good deal. Lastly, I feel I need to mention Neil Pufko because he too was extremely friendly and was very interested in finding out how our experience was. He was interested in our suggestions. It was nice to have someone ask our opinion and be truly interested in our answer.
