Jon Krapu did a great job of doing a low pressure sales job. He asked what we wanted in a vehicle and steered in the right direction. Jon Krapu was amazing from the time we met him and even after I signed the paper work. He went the extra mile to find the exact vehicle we wanted (last one in the country!), work with finance/leasing and after I signed the paper work.
