I reached out to the dealership in the early afternoon, the salesman never responded back. Later that evening, Bob text me asking if I had received everything I needed. When I responded with no that no one the salesman never responded back. Later that evening, Bob text me asking if I had received everything I needed. When I responded with no that no one had. He questioned me and gave inaccurate times. So I took a screenshot to prove I had not heard back. I was shocked that someone in a management position would take this stance. I wouldn’t do business at that dealership. They told me I could have a free car. Terrible customer service and terrible approach. Purchasing our vehicle from Dan Volz at Jeff Belzer’s Dodge in Lakeville was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. In less than a minute of entering the dealership, we were greeted with a smi Dodge in Lakeville was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. In less than a minute of entering the dealership, we were greeted with a smile and asked what we needed help with. I told him I was interested in the little convertible on the lot. Unfortunately,, there appeared to be more customers than sales professionals at that time, so Dan asked if my wife and I wouldn’t mind sitting in the lounge for five minutes while he finished with another customer. That was awesome customer service. True to his word, about five minutes later, Dan asked us to stop over by his desk where he looked up the vehicle. We talked a little about it and he grabbed keys. We went for a test ride and, when we returned, I talked things over with my wife and we decided to buy it. It was weird because, the whole time we were talking, Dan was sitting at his desk, waiting for us - absolutely zero pressure! The financing piece and the signing of papers went about as quickly as they could’ve and Jim McMahon on the business end of the deal was warm and funny and also helped make this the least painful experience as well. In the end, I drove out happy in my new ride. I’m sure if you searched Google reviews from 2016 or so, you’ll see a negative review because of a bad experience I had trying to look at a new Chevrolet at Belzer’s. Because of this, I was very reluctant to return to Belzer’s, even though the vehicle I really wanted was on their website. I’m glad I swallowed my pride and gave them another shot because this was so easy and I’m very happy with my new ride! More
