Went into the dealership to find the truck I wanted to purchase. found the exact ruck exact the box needed to be 6'5", this caused me to build my truck... It was a Chevy RST w/the Rally package, told the purchase. found the exact ruck exact the box needed to be 6'5", this caused me to build my truck... It was a Chevy RST w/the Rally package, told the salesman I want the same truck but the longer box.. Didn't get the Rally package, upsold me to 22" tires which cost me $3500 roughly & then i need to purchase my 4" side step assist boards for another $750.00. Sales manager came into picture to resolve the issue but only to pass it off to the parts/accessories guy...He was very helpful....to get me what I wanted but end result was about paying $3000.00 more for the truck than I needed to pay. Good help is hard to find...Apparently it's the customers responsibility to understand the truck descriptions vs the dealership!! Lesson learned...Thanks Belzers More

Had the opportunity to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. It was an out-of-state purchase in the middle of winter. My sales person, Bob Soucheray, did a great job of doing a virtual walk through dealership. It was an out-of-state purchase in the middle of winter. My sales person, Bob Soucheray, did a great job of doing a virtual walk through and gave me an accurate description of the car’s condition. The process was straightforward and shipping was coordinated by them. They offered a few options finance options but I ended up using my own. They found a great shipping company that used an enclosed trailer that held just a few cars and mine was the first in, first out - direct delivery with no issues. If you’re in the market and this dealer has a car that suits your needs contact Bob - he’ll hook you up. More
