The truck we bought is great, the initial buying experience was good, the customer service after the sale has been pretty poor. There was a chip in the windshield that was brought to their attention before we bought it, and we were told it had been filled to prevent cracking. A couple weeks after we bought it the chip turned into a crack that spans the entire windshield, so I attempted to contact them to find out who filled the chip so we could discuss replacement. Several unanswered emails, even more unanswered voicemails, and when I did manage to talk to someone on the phone I was told someone else would get back to me and that never happened. With that level of non-attention I’m pretty soured with the whole thing. More
