Terrible Experience The last few weeks I have received calls a Honda dealer much closer to my home asking to let them perform an airbag recall on our Pilot. I asked my wi The last few weeks I have received calls a Honda dealer much closer to my home asking to let them perform an airbag recall on our Pilot. I asked my wife to take it back to where we purchased the vehicle even though it was much farther from home because we had such a great experience purchasing the Pilot from them. My wife made an appointment a week in advance to perform the recall plus two warranty items. After the first day she received a call telling her they couldn't squeeze her but would try tomorrow. When she told the man she had the appointment for a week and shouldn't be squeezed in he checked and asked her what she wanted to do. She told him to go ahead and perform the service but needed her car back. I told her to call the service manager and complain to him. She spoke to Trent Gronberg who instead of apologizing told her one of the items would not be warranty and would need to pay before the work was done and brought up to her she hadn't been bringing the vehicle into to have them service for over almost two years. My wife told him that was true but has had the vehicle regularly serviced closer to home. It is apparent that if you are not a regular customer you do not get treated the same and they do not research to see what is actually covered by warranty. Why would the service manager be arguing with a client about an item actually covered under warranty? The only bright spot of this ordeal is Kyle Leitch who researched and found out the item was under warranty and my wife brought it back for the third day to have that item addressed. More

I had an appointment with Dr. Vinyl to work on a scratch on my new car. When I arrived in the service department no one knew anything about HOW Dr. Vinyl works. I texted James that I was IN the service department and they didn't know what was going on and he took over and took excellent care of me. The ladies in the customer lounge were also AMAZING!! Friendly and caring like we were old friends. So the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was the service department. More
