Lack of communications I left several messages for Kevin asking about my car and after not hearing back we finally just drove up to see if it was finished at 4:30. He was busy so we were asked to wait in the waiting room and was told he would come get us. After waiting 1/2 hour we walked back out and he had forgotten about us, and our car still was not finished. We had to leave and come back the next day. Several other employees stepped in and helped, which is the reason I said I would recommend it to other customers. More
