He was polite, matter of fact, and succinct. He even helped me get my car key back in correct position on my key ring. As always friendly and courteous service I can always expect good service. Also 3 days before my service, an unexpected thing happened , my car didn't start and I was at a nearby convenience I can always expect good service. The dealership sent a salesman to my rescue and gave me a jump. Needless to say they went over and beyond, I don't think this was a usual request to come help a old lady in distress. l have a 2016 Honda Accord and I should not have had a/c on a while sitting in car on phone , it drained battery More
