What makes this so frustrating is this service department worked on the vehicle a few months ago and didn’t mention any of these “critical” repairs. I got a second opinion after I left and found out that it’s not nearly as critical as he said. In addition to that he told me that my oil pump was cracked when it’s not. More

As Expected I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and I had a coupon. However my car required a premium oil so I was upcharged for that, and they strongl I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and I had a coupon. However my car required a premium oil so I was upcharged for that, and they strongly suggested that I change my brakes there that day. They probably didn't want me to shop around and see if I could find a better deal than a $170 front brake pad replacement. So, as far as taking your car to a dealer, it was as expected, hidden upcharges and pressure to have additional service done. More
