We purchased two Hondas from another dealer, but after being disappointed with how we were treated, we brought our vehicles to Jay Wolfe for service. We have consistently received excellent service from Jay Wolfe and would not consider going anywhere else now for service. They really go out of their way to make the customer experience pleasant from start to finish. All of the service advisors have been great. Most recently, we were taken care of by Greg Prentice who put an exclamation point on the priority of customer service. We also enjoy the comfortable waiting area, the free food, and the rides to and from work or home when we leave a vehicle. More

He talked me through all of my options and stuck with me until we could make it happen. I would recommend that you ask for Anthony Jacobo when you shop at Jay Wolfe.
