Very pleasant experience overall. Kelwing very personable and friendly and all of the others we had dealings with (Rob, Archie) were the same. Only complaint I would have is the process takes entirely too long with the novel that seems to need completing for the transaction; all in all your guys did well as I have had longer experiences in the past so my complaint is only a minor one.
