Well, I have to say that if Mary Beth Tyler wasn’t working at your dealership my company would have not bought a vehicle from your dealership. She saw my name on a file and reached out to me about my working at your dealership my company would have not bought a vehicle from your dealership. I advised her that I did not know she worked there, and that I was now going to go to Winter Haven Chevrolet to buy a new truck for my company because of the severe poor service from your dealership. She advised me not to that she would help me. No one calls people back from your dealership when trying to discuss a purchase. Ken was lost and never sent me anything he was suppose to send me. I did my credit app myself on line. I gave them the name and number and person to speak to at my bank and nothing was done. Very strange way to do business. BUT, lucky Mary Beth reached out to me I told her the person to talk with at Citizens Bank and Trust. Immediately she hopped on it and I came back into the dealership and the deal was done. In closing, Ken should not be a sales man or whatever he is there. Finance people should also call people back when they say they will . I had just bought two new vehicles from Winter Haven Chevrolet and the process was FAST and professional. I thought it would be the same buying experience from your dealership, unfortunately The process with buying from you was somewhat of a nightmare of poor service all the way around. I am happy with my purchase just not the process. Mary Beth will be the only reason, I would come back to your dealership for another company vehicle. If you are commission based then Mary should get it plus and extra 25% because she saved the deal. More
