Service adviser was very nice, however upon arriving at our appointment time we had to wait 4.5 hours for installation of four new tires. Would have had to wait much longer to get the alignment we had sche our appointment time we had to wait 4.5 hours for installation of four new tires. Would have had to wait much longer to get the alignment we had scheduled. We wore also charged an additional 3% because we used a credit card. Was not informed before hand about that policy. Also had my wife suburban in for an airbag recall a year also ago and they cracked the dash and left it that way. I started buying cars from Mr Wood himself 40 years ago when he was the only salesperson. It’s gone downhill the last few years. Had to return to the dealership for paperwork for the rebate paperwork that was not provided upon checkout. More

I actually typically love this dealership and Shaun in fact use him vs Hyundai across the street but I understand giving a higher review may make this comment go unnoticed. So purchased 4 tires and had them installed but the air pressure wasn’t even looked at after a four hour wait. One was at 51/ 42 and the other two 38/39. Recommend is 35. Shaun I just wanted you to know what your tech is handing off to you. . More
