The 3 percent credit cards convenience fee was charged on the July 1,2024 purchases that I received. In fact, it is not clear why they are billing this 3% extra charge with my purchase. We have bought 5 new care luxury cars in less than 10 years from James Woods, and they can't seem to ever have a loaner. We paid a fortune for Extended Warranty that has cost us every time they seem to f years from James Woods, and they can't seem to ever have a loaner. We paid a fortune for Extended Warranty that has cost us every time they seem to find something else to charge us for. The car industry has gone to crap with Liberal Leadership. I wish it wasn't true, but we need competitors to bring GM and Ford to their knees. We drive 1 hour to keep aways from Jerry's GM that is horrible. We have come to the inevitable conclusion that our next vehicles and out families will be bought by a respectable dealership like Classic or Moritz. Not sure we will be buying another American made product..... And I work More

I’ve had my oil changed there several times, and the only interaction I’ve ever had with the service agent has been to check me in. However, this last visit, the agent did send me a text, saying if I had any questions to contact him. The service agents need to learn how to come out from behind that desk, and actually speak to you. Even just to come out to the waiting room to let you know about how much longer it’s going to be for your vehicle. More
This was my 2nd bad experience with the service department but the service manager smoothed things over with the 1st visit. This visit I had an appointment and after 3 days I had to follow up and department but the service manager smoothed things over with the 1st visit. This visit I had an appointment and after 3 days I had to follow up and was assured it was “next in line”. Another 3 days I had to follow up again and they hadn’t even touched my truck. I then picked it up and no apologies when I picked it up. Very disappointing since this is the only Chevy dealer within Wise County. Won’t be back at this location for sales or service. More
