The Service Advisor was professional and thorough, and the repair is good. However, the Cashier (Abbey) had a bad attitude and NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. She asked me if I was paying with debit or the repair is good. However, the Cashier (Abbey) had a bad attitude and NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. She asked me if I was paying with debit or credit, and when I told her credit she did not mention there was a charge for using a credit card until after the card was processed. She said the Service Advisor should have told me. Then she made a snarky comment when the ID she asked for slipped out of my hand and landed in front of her. I hope she isn't there the next time I am in for service. More

The work done on my car was great. The communication was ok but I had to call to find out the status. I was never informed that they would be using a used part. I'm ok with that but I The communication was ok but I had to call to find out the status. I was never informed that they would be using a used part. I'm ok with that but I was never told until I got the bill. That brings me to my major issue with this dealership. If you pay with a credit card they charge you a transaction fee. Come on!! Who does that anymore? It's very inconvenient. They should price their services to include this. It really irritates me. More

Usually very good at appointments being on time, but this time I made an appointment for 9:45am on a Monday but wasn't able to get my truck for almost 3 full days.
