Chris, co-worker of Todd, was extremely helpful answering the “seal the deal” questions that my wife had and made sure that everyone was happy with the vehicle before paperwork was completed! Chris went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle met our needs and really provided a helpful pleasant atmosphere! Once all questions were answered, papers signed, we walked out of there the proud new owners of a Jeep! The Service Advisor was professional and thorough, and the repair is good. However, the Cashier (Abbey) had a bad attitude and NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. She asked me if I was paying with debit or the repair is good. However, the Cashier (Abbey) had a bad attitude and NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. She asked me if I was paying with debit or credit, and when I told her credit she did not mention there was a charge for using a credit card until after the card was processed. She said the Service Advisor should have told me. Then she made a snarky comment when the ID she asked for slipped out of my hand and landed in front of her. I hope she isn't there the next time I am in for service. More
The work done on my car was great. The communication was ok but I had to call to find out the status. I was never informed that they would be using a used part.
