As a man of 54 years old, I have purchased countless vehicles. This was without a doubt the BEST buying experience hands down! our salesperson, Ricky Delgado, was absolutely amazing. I live in Duncan, O vehicles. This was without a doubt the BEST buying experience hands down! our salesperson, Ricky Delgado, was absolutely amazing. I live in Duncan, OK and had a VERY short window to complete the purchase. I gave Ricky my info over the phone [rior so that he could begin the approval process. We arrived at the dealership at 1:40pm and drove the vehicle off the lot less than an hour later. There were no "pushy" sales pitches, just straight talk. I can say that as long I am close to the Decatur area, ALL future purchases will be at James Wood!! I hope that Mr. Wood is given this information More

Took my ‘09 HHR in for oil change Jan. 26, 2024. After not even 200 miles, check engine light came on. Took it to two different mechanics & both said oil had NOT been changed. Both said 26, 2024. After not even 200 miles, check engine light came on. Took it to two different mechanics & both said oil had NOT been changed. Both said the housing was still dusty & dirty and the dip stick didn’t even register any oil at all! So after only 200 miles, where did the oil go? Even if my HHR had a massive oil leak, it would have been all over the drive after losing 5 quarts of oil and there wasn’t any. Talked to service manager & he wanted me to bring it back in. I’m out $90 but NO WAY WILL I EVER GO BACK to James Woods Decatur Tx even to get this corrected. If I could have given it ZERO stars, I would!!! More
