I had Andrew call me because he saw I was looking for a car through some app. He told me to come in, I wasn't expecting anything out of it because of the terrible experience. I went in he had the perfect car for me. I never mentioned the color that i preferred all he knew was the type that I was looking for. When I walked in and saw the car he had waiting for me I was beyond happy. I had multiple people helping me on a Saturday night to get approved to take that care home. I spent THREE DAYS going to every dealer in northwest Indiana and just when I decided to give up and spend an arm and a leg to fix up my clunker, I called Bobb Auto Group. I talked to Luke, told him what I wanted and asked if he had anything. He said he did, and I'll be honest I was skeptical at first, but gave it one last try. I got there, Luke had already pulled up the car to the front. One look at this car and it was like he read my mind and knew exactly what I wanted. He told me he'd get me driving off the lot in it that day, and needless to say, I did. He got me approved, in my DREAM car. Buying a car is supposed to be stressful, and let me tell you it definitely was, but he made it so much easier. He kept me talking and made me feel right at home. I have a great car, and I'll definitely be back when I need another, someday. ;) More

It was the quickest experience we have ever had too, that being said it was also the most thorough experience in a short amount of time. Rachael our salesperson went over every detail of how things worked in the truck, she showed me how to sync my phone & how the uconnect worked.
