The best in Customer Service We bought a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country from Bobb's last summer. Luke was awesome! He worked hard to find me exactly what I wanted and needed. H We bought a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country from Bobb's last summer. Luke was awesome! He worked hard to find me exactly what I wanted and needed. He treated me like a friend instead of just a costumer and made me feel comfortable. He knew and explained all the "bells and whistles" to me before we left the parking lot so I know how to work it all. I will refer everyone I know to see him. Mike helped us figure out finances and worked with my budget. Very nice and so easy to talk to. I'm always nervous to buy a big purchase, he eased my mind. And the last person I worked with, Deborah, talked in depth to us about warranties. So knowledgeable, she really knows her stuff. All 3 are very down to earth. I will make sure to take time to say Hi when I get my oil changes. Way different than any other dealership I've ever been too. Everyone should experience a real hometown dealership like Bobb Auto Group. More
