Friendly and Helpful My wife and I had decided to buy a new vehicle, we had been to a few dealerships and had not been comfortable buying from them. Then we saw an ad in o My wife and I had decided to buy a new vehicle, we had been to a few dealerships and had not been comfortable buying from them. Then we saw an ad in our Sunday newspaper from the Bobb Auto Group. We saw liked the prices advertised, and decided we needed to check this dealer out. So we made the trip, about 40 miles, to Bobb's. The moment we walked in the door we were greeted by Meghan McGrane, she was very friendly, very nice, and the atmosphere was casual and friendly. And it was clear that this was not a dealership where you would feel pressured to buy. Actually everyone involved knocked themseves out to make sure we got exactly what we asked for, and at the best price possible. Meghan was particularly helpful, she brought out three different vans for us to consider, we didn't care for the color of the first two, but the third one, it was exactly what we had wanted, perfect color for us, equiped exactly as we had asked about. On top of that we ended up getting an lifetime BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty and a remote starter in addition to what we had asked for. And Deborah was great with financing, she got us a percentage on our loan that is fantastic. Everyone we talked wtih at Bobb's that day was very nice, everyone truly cared about making sure we were happy with our purchase, they made us happy that we had decided to go there, and made us feel good about buying from Bobb's. I would suggest that anyone interested in any Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram goes to Bobb's, and asks to talk to Meghan. You'll be happy you did, and most likely you'll leave with exactly the vehicle you want, at a great price, and you will have made some friends in the process.
