Over 4 months since purchase I have found out that the treatment you get when 1st purchasing is oh so friendly and then when you are to get a refund from the dealership you get th I have found out that the treatment you get when 1st purchasing is oh so friendly and then when you are to get a refund from the dealership you get the run around and in person they lie to your face and over the phone they are not helpful and the snotty attitude comes across repeatedly and you get the run around. . Make sure you take the time to read every charge carefully and question the ones you don't think are needed cross out anything that you don't want. Don't necessarily believe the finance person answer she just likes to smooth over certain charges with the reminder of 6 free oil changes and tire service, which should be covered under the purchase like most dealerships do. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
