I was back and forth about buying and actually took about 4 months to make a final decision and Rachel was with me every step of the way! And stayed super sweet and patient every moment of the way!!! The financing department seemed a little sketchy only because two days after our sale was final I received a call saying that paperwork was needing to be redone because something was incorrect. She was trying to be accommodating and even offered to come to us to correct the issue so we didn't have to come in again, but then called later saying they were able to somehow correct the problem without us coming in after all??? I'm still going to call the banks and double check that all info is correct but other than that hiccup I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
