Do not buy from bobb I purchased a used car from them , looked the vehicle over with a fine tooth comb, took pics of it from every angle , came back thr next night to pick I purchased a used car from them , looked the vehicle over with a fine tooth comb, took pics of it from every angle , came back thr next night to pick up , it from as dark and rainy ... left thr dealer went 2 minuets down thr road to grab dinner noticed a huge baseball size dent in the bumper , checked my pics from the night before , NOPE no dent , it was 2 days before Christmas, tried calling my sales person “big Jon” no call back . Finally got ahold of him , he tells me he will ask his boss and call me back ... 2 weeks later no call back , called again and tried telling me I waited to long to call , but he avoided me for weeks ....they obviously know they damaged the car , and don’t wanna do anything to fix it !!! All thru keep telling me is I got a “good deal” on thr vehicle , so that makes it ok ??? At time of purchase I asked 3 times about extra keys , because it only had ONE key and a fob that didn’t work , he swore up and down it just needed a new batt , NOPE key fob was junk had to purchase another one .... then a month after purchase , he calls and said “good news “ we found a extra set of keys ....really he was just to lazy to look for extra set at time of purchase..... bottom line BIG JON is a typical car salesman that Doesn’t care about you after you spend money , gave them a valid chance to make things right over what probably is a $175 bumper that they damaged .. next step is calling better business bureau!! More
