Hear we go Again! So, I had an issue with getting some recall work done at this dealership. They did however get the work done that I played for. After contacting Jeff, So, I had an issue with getting some recall work done at this dealership. They did however get the work done that I played for. After contacting Jeff, and coming to an agreement on rectifying this issue. I was unfortunately disappointed once again. The agreement, which was Jeff's idea, was to; 1. pick up my Jeep from my house, which they did, 2. Leave a loaner vehicle, which they did, 3. Do the recall work, which they did, 4. Fill the fuel tank, which they neglected to do, 5. Leave "goodies" in my vehicle, which they neglected to do and I could care less about, 6. Jeff said he would leave a his business card with his personal number, so that any further doings would be dealt with him personally, which I thought was really cool unfortunately this was neglected to be done also. If this is Jeff's way of rectifying an issue, then consumer beware. Essentially this was a repeat of the original issue. On the phone he was very pleasant, and made me feel confident I wouldn't regret giving these guys another shot. Unfortunately I do regret it. More
