Best Land Rover Dealer- Mike Medwin Mike Medwin is the best Land Rover dealer I've come across. This is the second Range Rover I bought from Mike and I will only buy from Mike. The lady that picked up the phone took down my info (Her name may be Nicole but not sure). She took my phone number.First she told me that the windshield needs to be overnight ordered and I will have to pay $150 extra.I told her I dont mind waiting. She had me scheduled.I asked her how long will it take to put a new windshield. She rudely answered she has no clue. Not sure why she cant find out how long it takes to replace a windshield. After the vehicle was picked up from me, I waited for 3-4 days and no one called me. So I called them to be transferred to the service adviser named Luke. He had no clue that I wanted my windshield replaced. He was telling me that they did the service recalls (which doesnt make sense because i had all service recalls completed at Princeton dealer only few weeks before). Instead of addressing the reason for my service, he was addressing other issues. They didnt even call me after receiving the vehicle to verify what work they will be doing. After I asked him if they can install a new windshield, he tells me it will take another 5-6 days to do the work. So I asked him to give my vehicle back and he said there is no one to return the vehicle back to me. I insisted on speaking to the manager. He then tells me he will have someone drop off the vehicle. When the vehicle was returned, it wasn`t washed.....No service documents were given to me. Its been a month and no one from the dealership has contacted me again. No service documents were given to me and nor another effort to get the windshield replaced. More

Professional, respectful and honest I was looking for a Land Rover as a gift to my wife. My experience started with another dealership; the dealership (different brand) that I used to le I was looking for a Land Rover as a gift to my wife. My experience started with another dealership; the dealership (different brand) that I used to lease my Lexus from for the last 6 years. I asked them to refer me to their Land rover dealership. They did and it was a horrible experience. I almost gave up on getting a Land Rover but decided to call a different dealership (Paul Miller). I was referred to TJ. TJ was great; I told him what I was looking for and within hours he called me back presenting different options. Once I decided on the car, TJ setup an appointment and by the time I got to the dealership, he had all the paperwork done. During the sales process TJ explained every option and walked me through the process. TJ didn’t try any aggressive sales techniques; he simply presented options and fair price. TJ also gave my wife & I a crash course walking through every option the car had. Kudos to TJ and Paul Miller dealership. More

Overdelivered/Exceeded my expectation I recently had a problem with my vehicle and was told that Land Rover was disinclined to warranty the issue, claiming they have had no such reports on I recently had a problem with my vehicle and was told that Land Rover was disinclined to warranty the issue, claiming they have had no such reports on any other vehicle. I was disappointed and assured Land Rover of Parsippany that the issue was real. Michael Rose and his staff again contacted Land Rover and advocated for me. They were able to convince them to cover the cost of servicing my Range Rover. I am pleased that Land Rover did the right thing. However, I must commend the Parsippany dealership for petitioning corporate to resolve my issue. I did not purchase my vehicle at this dealership because they did not have any inventory and I did not want to wait; but I will certainly do business with them in the future. They are top rate. I only take my car there for service. Mike Rose makes the process completely convenient and seamless. Great job, Land Rover of Parsippany. More
Long wait and bad service This is second visit to this dealer for a service. On my first visit - the service advisor knew brakes needed to be replaced, but he didn't call to check with me if they should go ahead with the work. I was told when I picked up the car that I would need to come back in soon to get them changed. Also the "service due" system message was not reset. On my second visit - I was given an appointment for 12 noon and told oil change service will be about an hour. I've been waiting 2 hrs now and they haven't even started the work. The service advisor hasn't even bothered to update me on the delay. Worst service ever. Better off going to Pep Boys / Sears Auto. More
