Best Land Rover Dealer- Mike Medwin Mike Medwin is the best Land Rover dealer I've come across. This is the second Range Rover I bought from Mike and I will only buy from Mike. The lady that picked up the phone took down my info (Her name may be Nicole but not sure). She took my phone number.First she told me that the windshield needs to be overnight ordered and I will have to pay $150 extra.I told her I dont mind waiting. She had me scheduled.I asked her how long will it take to put a new windshield. She rudely answered she has no clue. Not sure why she cant find out how long it takes to replace a windshield. After the vehicle was picked up from me, I waited for 3-4 days and no one called me. So I called them to be transferred to the service adviser named Luke. He had no clue that I wanted my windshield replaced. He was telling me that they did the service recalls (which doesnt make sense because i had all service recalls completed at Princeton dealer only few weeks before). Instead of addressing the reason for my service, he was addressing other issues. They didnt even call me after receiving the vehicle to verify what work they will be doing. After I asked him if they can install a new windshield, he tells me it will take another 5-6 days to do the work. So I asked him to give my vehicle back and he said there is no one to return the vehicle back to me. I insisted on speaking to the manager. He then tells me he will have someone drop off the vehicle. When the vehicle was returned, it wasn`t washed.....No service documents were given to me. Its been a month and no one from the dealership has contacted me again. No service documents were given to me and nor another effort to get the windshield replaced. More
