Disgrace ! Dirty CPO cars in the lot, inside and out - Not valeted. Dirty "new" cars in the showroom. All showroom cars had dead or disconnected batteries...couldnt open trunks or move seats. How could this be owned by same Paul Miller who runs the top class Audi store next door ?? I suspect that Jaguar / Land Rover doesn't enforce the same high standards on their dealers as Audi ? Clearly run by a different manager....who should be fired on the spot for gross negligence. This evenings experience crossed LR off my wife's and my list and pushed us to a great deal on a MB GLE400. Your loss Paul Miller & Land Rover ! (In all fairness the Paul Miller Audi dealership next door was top class, as expected, but my wife just can't get over the Q7 looking too much like a minivan.) More

Poor Service I am very disappointed with the service department. I brought my '15 f-type S from Connecticut after having a poor experience with another dealersh I am very disappointed with the service department. I brought my '15 f-type S from Connecticut after having a poor experience with another dealership that could not solve my problem. I heard another owner got his problem solved here so I drove the two hours to come here. This was clearly a mistake. After I dropped it off, I was greeted by Stanley, who was nice and courteous. Everything went downhill from there. I explained both of my issues to him and he confirmed them (a buzzing noise from the meridian sound system and brake squealing at low speeds). He even said one of the salespeople at the dealership had the issue and got it resolved. I felt confident he could fix it for me as well. He followed up and eventually told me my car was fixed and ready. I drove all the way back, turned on the music, and immediately identified the issue was not resolved. I left it there to be looked at again. Another couple days pass, and I'm told the issue is now fixed. I drive out again, play the first song from the usb stick I gave them and the noise is still there. There's inclement weather scheduled for that weekend, so I had to bring it home to be garaged. I figured they did not have the expertise to fix the audio problem but I hoped my brakes were at least resolved. As I rolled up to the first stoplight out of their dealership, my brakes let out a screeching noise just as loud as when I brought it in. On top of that, there is now a constant ticking noise coming from my glove box at certain speeds that I did not have when I brought it in. I called Stanley the next day and he tells me there is nothing more he can do. I ended up spending 10 hours driving back and forth. Not only do I get neither of my issues fixed that I brought it in for, I have a new issue now to deal with. This is ridiculous. Does Jaguar not have a single dealership that knows how to resolve issues with their cars? My issues even have tech bulletins outlining exactly what to do. I am usually a very patient person but my service experience with Jaguar's dealerships has been shockingly bad. More

Failure to call back, failure to respond to email requests for info or attempt to schedule a test drive. Complete nonchalance and lack of regard for someone who is busy but wants to purchase a nice car for himself. This was my first jaguar experience and with Audi and Porsche experience to compare with I will never consider dealing with Michael Morgan or this dealership again. More
