The low of the low in customer service I’ve been seeing the beautiful FPace on the road for months now...I decide to treat my wife and I to the S model. Unfortunately my experience at Jaguar Morris County was horrible and did not correspond to such a quality vehicle. I don’t know who put the managers in charge there but they are ruining the Jaguar and Paul Miller name and quality that everyone expects. Luckily I decided to give Jaguar another chance and ended up driving away with a stunning FPace from Ray Catena Jaguar in Edison. More

Brought my 2016 F-Type for an oil change and they ended up keeping my car for 5 days. After calling them multiple times and no one knowing anything I was finally able to get it. I want someone to bring my car to someone I can trust to know what they're doing. I will be going to Ray Catena in Edison or Jaguar in Paramus from now on. More

preowned car I bought a preowned trade in here. I found it on auto trader with a $500 coupon and was a pretty good deal. The rear tires(4 different tires) were a I bought a preowned trade in here. I found it on auto trader with a $500 coupon and was a pretty good deal. The rear tires(4 different tires) were about 20% so I asked to knock off a additional $200 to replace the tires and Wayne((mgr) wouldn't do it not even a $100 to meet 1/2 way. The next day car didn't start had to jump it. I called Wayne to tell him, and first words out of his mouth was thats not covered in your warranty. I had to replace the battery for $120. This was the 2nd pre owned vehicle I have bought from Paul Miller dealer and I only buy used cars from reputable dealers and didn't expect this kind of treatment. The right answer wouldv'e have been I'll replace the battery for you bring it in. For $100 this is how petty this guy can be. All in all if thats the biggest problem I have with the car I'll be happy. Mike the sales guy was fine, Greg the business mgr was very cool and helplful. More

Mike Barbone the service writer was a real pro every step of the way. He was courteous to a fault. He kept me informed on the steps being taken to solve the problem. When they solved the problem in a prompt time frame. he had the car washed and ready when I picked it up. They even had a cold bottle of water on board for my trip home. The whole staff here was friendly and helpful. It was a real pleasure doing business with them. It was my first time at this dealership and I could not have been treated better. More

Wondering How they sell cars? Can't make a deal Correctly I tried to purchase a car from them, first off, it took over two days for them to return my call?, then when the GM finally called me back, he was irr I tried to purchase a car from them, first off, it took over two days for them to return my call?, then when the GM finally called me back, he was irritable and unfriendly, I was ready to purchase the car but had such bad vibes from the lack of regard, and nonchalant attitude, that it made me want to avoid dealing with them. I can't imagine a dealer that does not care about customer service, and/or selling cars. Quite confusing? More

Unprofessional and Incompetent My mother-in-law purchased a NEW Range Rover from them about a year ago and were very accommodating (she didn't try to haggle the price). This vehicle was purchased due to her primary car being rear wheel drive (BMW M4) and obviously wasn't going to be safe to drive in adverse weather. Not long after owning the Range Rover she started having problems with the trunk not opening. She made an appointment with the Paul Miller Land Rover service department (being this is where it was purchased) and dropped the vehicle off. The called her and told her that the problem has been resolved and she could pick it up. The same problem occurred again after a few months and once again she went through the same process as stated before. They called, she picked it up and sure enough after a couple of months the trunk wouldn't open again. Again, she called, dropped it off, they called and told her it was fixed, she went to pick it up and prior to leaving she had tried to open the trunk to verify that it was working appropriately and it wasn't. She went back inside to advise them that the trunk wasn't fixed and express her frustration with the entire situation. Not only did they waste her time, but when she was expressing her dissatisfaction the staff became extremely unprofessional and told her that "she was banned from Paul Miller's Dealership". The fact that she was told she was banned isn't the issue. The fact that they couldn't resolve the issue on a vehicle that was purchased from them and how unprofessional the staff became when they were confronted. INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL! More
