Mike Barbone the service writer was a real pro every step of the way. He was courteous to a fault. He kept me informed on the steps being taken to solve the problem. When they solved the problem in a prompt time frame. he had the car washed and ready when I picked it up. They even had a cold bottle of water on board for my trip home. The whole staff here was friendly and helpful. It was a real pleasure doing business with them. It was my first time at this dealership and I could not have been treated better. More

Wondering How they sell cars? Can't make a deal Correctly I tried to purchase a car from them, first off, it took over two days for them to return my call?, then when the GM finally called me back, he was irr I tried to purchase a car from them, first off, it took over two days for them to return my call?, then when the GM finally called me back, he was irritable and unfriendly, I was ready to purchase the car but had such bad vibes from the lack of regard, and nonchalant attitude, that it made me want to avoid dealing with them. I can't imagine a dealer that does not care about customer service, and/or selling cars. Quite confusing? More

Unprofessional and Incompetent My mother-in-law purchased a NEW Range Rover from them about a year ago and were very accommodating (she didn't try to haggle the price). This vehicle was purchased due to her primary car being rear wheel drive (BMW M4) and obviously wasn't going to be safe to drive in adverse weather. Not long after owning the Range Rover she started having problems with the trunk not opening. She made an appointment with the Paul Miller Land Rover service department (being this is where it was purchased) and dropped the vehicle off. The called her and told her that the problem has been resolved and she could pick it up. The same problem occurred again after a few months and once again she went through the same process as stated before. They called, she picked it up and sure enough after a couple of months the trunk wouldn't open again. Again, she called, dropped it off, they called and told her it was fixed, she went to pick it up and prior to leaving she had tried to open the trunk to verify that it was working appropriately and it wasn't. She went back inside to advise them that the trunk wasn't fixed and express her frustration with the entire situation. Not only did they waste her time, but when she was expressing her dissatisfaction the staff became extremely unprofessional and told her that "she was banned from Paul Miller's Dealership". The fact that she was told she was banned isn't the issue. The fact that they couldn't resolve the issue on a vehicle that was purchased from them and how unprofessional the staff became when they were confronted. INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL! More
Exceptional experience! Our experience at Paul Miller Land Rover in Parsippany was excellent from beginning to end. I was shopping for a 2017 Range Rover Sport for my sister. Our experience at Paul Miller Land Rover in Parsippany was excellent from beginning to end. I was shopping for a 2017 Range Rover Sport for my sister. After speaking with her I knew exactly what she wanted. She had leased two of them previously and we thought it was only right to give both dealers she had done business with in the past an opportunity to earn it again. I was very upfront and expected the same in return. Let's just say I stopped in at Prestige Land Rover in Paramus first and after 20 minutes of browsing the showroom I finally had to ask someone for help. I was not acknowledged, not a hello, not a welcome, nothing. Made eye contact with the receptionist/greeter when I walked in as well as multiple sales people who were stuck in the huddle. Apparently they all felt their small talk was more important than the customer who was 100% leasing a Range Rover within the next week or so. This was truly disgraceful but I was still willing to give them a chance. We got figures and that was it. The next day we got a call and we we're offered what we were told was the same vehicle for $130 less per month than our original quote. Interesting. My sister insisted I call Paul Miller Land Rover since that was the other place she had leased one from. I was connected to Michael Medwin and couldn't be happier. Michael did an exceptional job and made the whole process enjoyable. He is a true professional and kept to his word every bit of the way. He went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. He stayed in touch throughout the process and made it enjoyable especially with his humor. The car buying experience should be pleasurable, especially with a brand like this. Turns out both my sister and I couldn't be happier. She got the exact vehicle she wanted down to each option. We arrived and the car was waiting for us upfront and looked perfect. The paperwork was ready and done professionally with a nice clear explanation of each paper she signed. He even had toys at his desk to keep my 3 yr old nephew occupied. Michael treated us like friends or family he has known for a long time. Everyone we came in contact with was polite and courteous. After a nice easy smooth transaction, Michael spent as much time as we needed to go over the vehicle and show my sister all the great features. The vehicle has been drastically improved and updated in the past few years so there was a lot to go over. I want to thank Michael Medwin for creating an exceptional experience from beginning to end. I would recommend Paul Miller Land Rover 100%. My first stop in Paramus, not so much. Thank you again More

Can't make a deal correctly; poor customer experience I wanted to buy a vehicle from them but they took 2 days to put a deal together. Called him on Thursday telling him the situation on trade and price i was looking for. Not only did he get me the price for the GTR he even gave me some extra stuff on the v8s. Wanted the upgraded wheels for the car and they changed them at no extra charge. George the sales manager was also a great guy along with Caesar the finance advisor. Last but not lease had a few updates I wanted on the car software wise, the service team Steve and Stanley were both top notch. Took care of all my issues with no problem. Finally my tech who also is the shop formen don did an unreal job on my car. Got all the issues and took care of the car like it was his own. Thanks again guys for everything. More
