This guy is not honest, the opportunity to learn more? You know everything that happened and that your dealership screwed up bad. You didn’t get involved nearly soon enough, didn’t return calls, and have lead a terrible sales culture. Get on the same page as your team - when three of them promise me that I can bring the car back by Friday if you don’t have my plates than you honor it. Don’t call Friday all tough and say nope not an option the way you did.
