However I think charging a car owner over $550 for software update is very overpriced. I don’t think the customer should have to bear the burden of such an expensive when software upgrades are free when they come out from Apple and similar. Nor should I be penalized because my back up camera doesn’t work because the software is out of date. I can understand paying for wear and tear On the vehicle and when parts break. But you charge such a significant amount of money to upgrade software I do think is unfair. More

Lack of Integrity ( Oil Change of 542.72USD ) Service on 06Aug18, I take my car (Discover 2017 lease) for an "oil change" to the dealer. They give me an estimate of 199.00 USD, and when I come back to pick up the car they give me a bill, I trust them with my credit card, and I left home. I was surprised when I get home they overcharge me 343.72 USD. They said that I had authorized a performance that was due at 16k, but my car has "13k," and I lease the car with "8K". I take the car for an oil change, and I have not authorized anything else, this is a lack of integrity. How can I trust someone like that? We trust the dealer because we feel safer but I think next time I will go to my BMW dealer because they told me their business is to make the customers have the best experience possible so I can recommend them to my family, we have a reputation to protect and is not worth it to try to play smart. I have not clue about the culture of this Land Rover of Parsippany dealer that makes the rest of the dealers feel ashame. More

Personal service for customers This dealership is large enough to have a nice selection of new and used cars on hand. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, but not presumptuous. I was very impressed with Glenn Treich, a sales representative that used his years of experience to enhance my car purchasing experience. I bought a 2014 XK Touring. My only caveat was the service fees that they charged, a little over the top. More

Good but xxxxxxxx chase returning fee. Liked most of the experience but HATED a last second $495 charge ( they blame chase ) for returning my car at the end of the lease. Did not see the deal through to the end I purchased a vehicle here because they honored an incorrectly marked price, not because of the quality of service. I drove nearly an hour to this I purchased a vehicle here because they honored an incorrectly marked price, not because of the quality of service. I drove nearly an hour to this dealership because they were advertising a highly competitive price on a specific vehicle. Upon visiting the dealership, it became apparent that the adverted price was in fact incorrect due to a third-party issue. However, the dealership was gracious enough to honor the advertised price, which I was ecstatic about. I made a deposit with Mike and scheduled to pick up the vehicle the following night. Upon arrival, I met with a different sales person, because Mike had left for the day. But, I was reassured that everything was prepared and ready to go, and that I was going to be "in and out". I handed over my check, was handed the keys, and was in fact, out the door in 20 minutes - just as promised. However, as I was merging onto Route 80 from Route 46, the vehicle alerted "Low Fuel". As I glanced down, the dashboard reflected "15 miles until empty" - 15 miles! Dumbfounded and panicked, now on the highway, I called the dealership and was told this was an "oversight". Having a quarter of a tank, would be an acceptable oversight, selling a vehicle with 3 drops of fuel left in the tank, negligence. I returned back to the dealership, and awaited a runner to return with a full tank of gas. A few days following, I realized the vehicle came equipped with wheel locks - a great security features for your wheels. However, highly inconvenient when you have no key to remove them as needed. I scoured the glovebox and trunk for the key, when I came up with nothing, I reached out to Mike for a solution. I was told he would "look into it and get back to me" - that was a week ago. One would expect to not only deliver on a sale, but follow through to the end. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here at Land Rover of Parsippany. More
