Great experience at Paul Miller Land Rover I had to bring my car in for service on a Saturday and there were no loaners. So They picked me up at home and brought me to the dealership to pick u I had to bring my car in for service on a Saturday and there were no loaners. Service on 2017 Evoque I appreciated the ease of dropping off and obtaining a loaner car. Anthony provided daily updates. The software upgrade was covered under warranty. However I think charging a car owner over $550 for software update is very overpriced. I don’t think the customer should have to bear the burden of such an expensive when software upgrades are free when they come out from Apple and similar. Nor should I be penalized because my back up camera doesn’t work because the software is out of date. I can understand paying for wear and tear On the vehicle and when parts break. But you charge such a significant amount of money to upgrade software I do think is unfair. More
