While test driving the car, he explained me the features the car has, what is the different between this car and other cars I would like to compare with. Glen was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. While I was there, I met Flavio, general manager of the branch, super nice and friendly. My financing was very smooth, thanks Dave ($495 charge for returning the car at the end of the lease was a surprise for me, though it is the charge from Chase). Everyone I have met in this branch has been very friendly. This is a branch with great team work. The team made my leasing process very easy and efficient. Another big thanks to Glenn, when I picked up the car, Glenn explained everything he could think of to me, he also provided me the support info if I need know how to use some functions of the car afterwards.
