I would be more than honored to commend Glenn Treich for his amazingly down-to-earth, genteel, and conciliatory demeanor that assisted us in picking out and subsequently leasing our top-of-the-line 2018 Jaguar F-Pace at such a bargain. Mr. Treich is most definitely attuned to his client’s needs and desires well ahead of his own pay/commission. My otherwise out-of-range budget would not have afforded the vehicle of my dreams had it not been for Treich’s generous negotiation policies. Very kind staff and welcoming atmosphere inside. More

Mechanical issue with vehicle My daughter called to bring her vehicle in because her car had a problem. The female who answered the phone was not helpful. She left my daughter on hold for 15 minutes then said you could pick her car up the next day but if she wanted a loaner she would have to drive with the tow truck driver back to dealership for loaner. My daughter was upset. When we purchased both our vehicles there last year we were assured that delivering a loaner vehicle was not a problem. Apparently it was. The next day I called the dealership and asked to talk to the head of service. He took care of the issue immediately. He had my daughters car picked up and a loaner dropped off within 2 1/2 hours. He was great. My question is why did we have to go through the stress of the woman who answered the phone? Why was she NOT a problem solver? Your vehicles are not cheap. Your team should all be efficient. I do appreciate that Bob’s help. I wish it did not have to get to his level. If your dealership was relying on the people who answered the phone for success ido not think it would do well. We like your vehicles, but not what we need to go through for service. More
