Horrible sales staff My F-Type R cabrio lease was ending, and I was interested in getting a new one. It took 2 weeks to even get a reply from the dealer to my emails, and My F-Type R cabrio lease was ending, and I was interested in getting a new one. It took 2 weeks to even get a reply from the dealer to my emails, and then that salesman quit. 2 weeks later I finally hear from another salesman, and they wouldnt or couldnt compete with Ray Catena. Sales manager took over my email chain, but still more expensive than Ray Catena. Ultimately I bought a Porsche GTS, but I kept emailing them that I wanted to purchase the tire/rim insurance for the Boxster from them since they were closer to my home. Once they heard I was not getting a Jaguar, they refused to answer my emails. Refused to even sell me the tire/rim insurance. Would never get another car from them. Very unprofessional. Save your time and money and call Ray Catena in Edison. More
