I came to Jaguar Parsippany following a disappointing experience with a different local Jaguar dealership. Paul Miller Jaguar was really friendly when they were taking my money, but when I had questions regarding the condition of my car when it arrived fell on deaf ears. Dennis Devir had me email Gregg Fioretti(GSM) multiple times with NO response. I was then forwarded to Bill Goyea(GM) who is obviously too busy to call. I also went as far to reach out to Paul Miller Jr. via email with no response. this dealership that prides itself on customer service is clearly not up to task if you have a complaint. Anyone interested in my correspondence with them can contact me at pulmocair@aol.com. I had some broken items and they could have easily put this to bed by offering to at least get me the parts at cost, but all of them hid behind Dennis with NO communication. Think twice before going to Jaguar, or Land Rover. Maybe go to their Porsche dealership as they have a customer service rep there. More
