Terrible follow up on my complaint By not blowing off a client that just paid cash for a car. Dennis Devir had me email Gregg Fioretti(GSM) multiple times with NO response. I was then forwarded to Bill Goyea(GM) who is obviously too busy to call. I also went as far to reach out to Paul Miller Jr. via email with no response. this dealership that prides itself on customer service is clearly not up to task if you have a complaint. Anyone interested in my correspondence with them can contact me at pulmocair@aol.com. I had some broken items and they could have easily put this to bed by offering to at least get me the parts at cost, but all of them hid behind Dennis with NO communication. Think twice before going to Jaguar, or Land Rover. Maybe go to their Porsche dealership as they have a customer service rep there. More

sold me a lemon - buyer beware!!! dealer has sold me a lemon vehicle. after 2 weeks the car just shuts off on its own at random intervals.
