A great place to do business My wife and I are no stranger to Landrover as we have had many over the years and have bought and leased from other dealerships. We leased a 2020 Rang My wife and I are no stranger to Landrover as we have had many over the years and have bought and leased from other dealerships. We leased a 2020 Range Rover Sport from Paul Millar Land Rover it was our first one from this dealership. We had fun picking it out from a large inventory. The sale person we dealt with John Wakely was very helpful in making our choice and arranging the lease for us. The big surprise was if we gave them 2 hours we could take it home. The paperwork was completed and the car washed and waxed and ready to go in under 2 hours. Amazing actually and it shows what happens when a great team works together to accomplish a goal. More

Got my jaguar back in 2017. This was my very 1st time taking it to jaguar for a service recall. Overall went real well. I like that they wash your car for you. The only thing I'll add to is put some tir taking it to jaguar for a service recall. Overall went real well. I like that they wash your car for you. APPALLING SERVICE I recently returned to Paul Miller to get Apple Car Play installed on my my 2019 Range Rover Sport. They completed the work but never checked if it wa I recently returned to Paul Miller to get Apple Car Play installed on my my 2019 Range Rover Sport. They completed the work but never checked if it was working properly. The volume was so excessive each time the navigation directions were given it hurt your ears. I turned to the dealer who said they would need the truck for several days to diagnose and repair the problem (which they acknowledged). Agin it was returned not working. The third time I had to bring it back they suggested I call Land Rover service and have the truck towed in (seriously). Again it was returned without the problem being addressed. So back for a fourth time. This time we tested other 2019 vehicles and found a similar issue. They referred me to Land Rover who then referred me back to the dealer and so the game of back and fourth began. It's six months later and I neither have resolution or a refund. My suggestion to anyone would be to PICK A DIFFERENT DEALER THAN PAUL MILLER, More
