We,my husband and I, were third time customers of Jaffarian Motors we have been well taken care of in the past. With the new Prius, we were happy with the salesman Jose's approach, no pressure to buy Jaffarian Motors we have been well taken care of in the past. With the new Prius, we were happy with the salesman Jose's approach, no pressure to buy until we were sure that this was the car we wanted. Also, when the dealership did not have exactly what I had in mind as to the exterior color, heated leather seats and backup camera, the company was very willing and able to accomodate our requests. We have owned three Jaffarian brand new cars starting off with a Volvo station wagon in the late 70's,a 2001 Toyota Tundra truck and now the Prius. I have been searching for cars for quite some time now and i walked into Jaffarian with the same mentality i always do...i hate car salesmen. But to my astonishment, they were great. Gilmore was helpful, knowing i wanted a low payment, but still a farely new car, yet used. He sat us down and was able to show us how i could get my payments to what i needed. He didnt tell me to do it, he merely gave me the option. They gave me options and worked with me instead of against me. I finalized my purchase with Jon Russo, who was very helpful, seeing as how im a first time buyer. He explained the paperwork and went back if i needed further explaination. I will definitely recommend others to come here, i had a great experience. Thanks guys! More

This is my first purchase on a new vehicle; and normally I don’t like giving reviews. Friends tell me that I am very hard to please, and they are probably right; unless I feel like I’ve gotten my dollars w I don’t like giving reviews. Anyways I rated sales man Jose Lopez excellent for various reasons’….my first choice was Nissan, second Honda and last Toyota, to be honest I did not intend to buy a new Toyota, I must admit the reason why I decided to go with Toyota was Mr. Lopez. If he had not convinced me on facts regarding recalls, incentives, pricing, etc…I would have gone another way, plus most importantly at no time felt pressure, there was no aggressiveness from his part (that can throw anyone off especially me) best of all he worked with me regarding my biggest pet peeve loosing $$$$….Also I just recommended a co worker of mine to visit Jaffarian and mentioned the great customer service that I had experience…. So I look forward regarding future purchases with Jose and most likely would follow him as a client! Thanks for your time and patience! More
