I dreaded buying a car however Tim Little, our salesman, was so helpful and so accommodating he made the entire process easier. I highly recommend him as a salesperson. My wife picked up her new Toyota Camry LE at Jaffarian's today (12/15/10). The entire experience was as positive as could be, owing largely to the excellent treatment we received both from the salesmen - today (12/15/10). We were treated with friendly respect and patience in answering our questions and accompanying us on multiple test drives of different models. We did not feel undue pressure to make a decision or to choose a model different from our preference. More

Michelle Goodhue greeted me at the door, had me in the vehicle I asked about within 5 minutes of drivi experience that I would repeat in a heartbeat. Michelle Goodhue greeted me at the door, had me in the vehicle I asked about within 5 minutes of driving onto the lot, and let me take a generous (compared to other area dealers) test drive to get a feel for the car. The same day, Michelle happily answered our questions as we tested the fit of our son's car seat and then as my wife took the same thorough test drive, complete with a trip to our house to make sure there was plenty of room for the car in the garage. When it came to deal time, they were firm on the advertised Internet price for the car, but we found it reasonable and they worked with us on the "options" to make the deal fit our needs. Michelle went another extra mile by bringing the car to our house so a friend and I could look it over, and to get a few signatures from my wife so the baby didn't have to get out in the cold again. When we went to pick up the car the next day, it had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out, was plated and registered through their on-site registry, and was ready to go (I've heard some dealers take a week to get a car ready to deliver). Michelle spent an hour with us going over every detail of the car and answering all our questions before we left the lot. We look forward to experiencing more of their "one-stop shopping" approach when we need future service and if we need damages repaired (through the dealer-owned Collision Center just down the street). He answered all the questions that we had when going through the vehicle. he was also very honest about the two vehicles we were interested in at the dealer. he walked up through the car in detail explaining all the features and benefits of the vehicle. the owner and sales manager were also very friendly and personal. I enjoyed the experience at this dealer and when the time comes for a new vehicle again would work with this dealer. More

As well the Portsmouth dealership already services our other 3 Toyota's we currently own today, now we own 4. Therefore it was more then frustrating that for $800 they would not meet our price. We went to Jaffarian on a Saturday, told them exactly what we wanted and in 20 minutes we were drawing up the contract. The Portsmouth sales man called us to see what we were up to, and when my husband said we bought a car at Jaffarian he hung up on my husband. My husband called him back and said not to be that way. I will shop at Jaffarian again! More
I've known Jimmy along time. He is a straight shooter and tells it the way it is. I told him what I wanted and the finance I wanted and he made it happen. Had a blowout on the highway while driving from Maine through Massachuttes to a funeral in Connecticut. Not only was the tire destroyed but also the rim, as well as some other damage. I made it on time for the funeral. Made me feel like I was an important longtime, established customer!!! More
I am truly disappointed with the salesmanship and credibility of this dealership. I recently inquired about purchasing a 2008 Nissan Rogue with my trade. The salesperson was reluctant to deliver concrete pricing options, even though I requested them several times. After my salesperson continually ignored my requests for concrete pricing, I was finally able to receive the bottom line on the vehicle. Sadly, I was informed by my salesperson that the advertised price was the absolute bottom line. In my experiences, I've become rather confident that advertised prices are not the final price. Overall, if you're looking to purchase a vehicle from a credible company that is willing to work with their customers, look elsewhere. I am truly dissatisfied with my experiences at Jaffarian Toyota.
