I am truly disappointed with the salesmanship and credibility of this dealership. I recently inquired about purchasing a 2008 Nissan Rogue with my trade. The salesperson was reluctant to deliver co credibility of this dealership. I recently inquired about purchasing a 2008 Nissan Rogue with my trade. After my salesperson continually ignored my requests for concrete pricing, I was finally able to receive the bottom line on the vehicle. Sadly, I was informed by my salesperson that the advertised price was the absolute bottom line. In my experiences, I've become rather confident that advertised prices are not the final price. Overall, if you're looking to purchase a vehicle from a credible company that is willing to work with their customers, look elsewhere. I am truly dissatisfied with my experiences at Jaffarian Toyota. Had a blowout on the highway while driving from Maine through Massachuttes to a funeral in Connecticut. Not only was the tire destroyed but also the rim, as well as some other damage. Negotiating to a reasonable price for the car is rather difficult at this dealership. It a was difficult struggle getting them down to the recommended price of the vehicle. I would suggest that you go prepared with numbers and bring a friend that is a good negotiator. Most importantly, don’t be afraid to walk out if the price is not right. No matter how friendly a car dealer may seem, always remember they are not your friend and will take advantage of you whenever they can. After we got down to our price they did sneak in the $299 document prep fee. After you are done negotiating you then have to sit with the business manager who will try and sell you an overpriced car warranty. Just say no! More

I have no complaints about my purchase last weekend of a 2010 Toyota Corolla. Louis was friendly and supportive. He did everything with a smile and constant reassurance that I would be satisfied ... and I was! Tom Adams conducted the business end and while I had to wait quite a while for him, once we were working on my purchase, he was focused. (didn't answer his cell phone!) He convinced me to get the warranty which I usually don't do. But I don't usually buy a brand new car! Jaffarian has my business. I will bring in the car loyally for tune ups. And finally I love that this is only 15 minutes from where I live! More

This year I had the pleasure of dealing with James Carven in sales, an outstanding employee. He was attentive, articulate, honest and listened to what I had t say about what I was looking for. He made my new lease process very easy, affordable & got me exactly what I wanted. He set the expectation of the process, the delivery and the followup with confidence & truthfulness and humor . He is an assest to the dealership! I also dealt with Tom is finance to set up my lease, again a wonderful experience. Very knowledgeable, and very willing to help and please the customer. I had initially talked to Sarkis, the general manager. He was very nice, and very accommodating. I told him I would like to deal with Jim because I met him on the lot the previous night while I was looking at the colors of the new cars & I immediately liked him! Later that evening I found out my children knew him from school. Sarkis was gracious and helpful, he could not have been any nicer. Great, great customer service. It's what I do for work, so I appreciate the good service even more so. The whole interaction was exceptional from start to finish, without a wrinkle! Love my new Corola Le and love the treatment that I received at Jaffarians Toyota! Even though it's a large dealership, it is family owned and still carries the same sense of pride and committment to their customers, like when it was first opened. Keep up the great work!!! More
