My husband and I came to Jackson Acura with our 3 children, under the age of 10. We were able to test drive, and purchase the vehicle with great ease. My children had snacks, and were given crayons and coloring books. They got to play board games while my husband and I signed paperwork. I was surprised how "kid friendly" the dealership was. Thank you Paul for making our experience so nice. Thank you for taking such good care of us, and making this experience PERFECT!!! More

The dealership brought a small knick in the paint to my attention when I picked up the car (I never would have noticed this until later). They made arrangement to have the knick fixed and provided me with a car while the work was being done. I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchasing an Acura. More

Dmitry Gumanov and Arthur Melman did a very good job of working with us on a fair trade for both sides. No high pressure, which was greatly appreciated. Both of them were complete gentlemen and highly professional. My next door neighbor takes his '14 MDX to Jackson for service and raves about how good the Service Department is! Our MDX has developed an intermittent 1-2 second vibration at around 1500-2000 rpms. Contacted Dmitry, he checked with the Service Manager and reported back to us that they have a fix for this issue. Taking car to the Service Department in about a week. Hopefully, this will be permanently resolved. Otherwise, I absolutely love the MDX and so far, my experience with Jackson. More

We did so due to Atlanta's large metroplex and the availability of pre-owned MDX's. After getting a total runaround and experiencing poor product knowledge of over 20 MDX's on a competitor's lot we turned in for the night. Luckily we found a navy blue/tan interior advertised online at Jackson Acura. That was our first stop the next morning and a successful one at that. One seldom knows if he comes on on top with an automobile transaction but the overall experience in dealing with everyone associated with Jackson Acura made us feel as though we did. All of their associates, from sales to finance, exemplified professionalism and great care in meeting our needs. We love the Acura MDX and would recommend our sales professional, Arthur Melman to anyone in the southeast. Arthur demonstrates that the customer will make good decisions if given quality information. Moreover, Arthur has something that very few professionals in the auto industry - a quiet confidence that one does not need to push or misrepresent to gain a customer for life. Well done lad! More

Quick and great service I found the car I was looking for online one evening and submitted an inquiry. I quickly received a call the morning of the next business day from Art I found the car I was looking for online one evening and submitted an inquiry. I quickly received a call the morning of the next business day from Arthur. We scheduled a time to test drive and when I arrived he already had the car out and running with the AC on. Pretty awesome if you ask me. The sales process was pretty painless and I felt like Arthur was on my side which wasn't what I'd expected for a car buying process. The end result was that we all got what we wanted with smiles all around. I'd go back for future service any time. More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I recently purchased a lightly used MDX from Jackson Acura. The entire experience from beginning to end was the worst I've ever had at any dealership. I recently purchased a lightly used MDX from Jackson Acura. The entire experience from beginning to end was the worst I've ever had at any dealership. They were lucky - the only reason I purchased a vehicle from them was because they just happened to have the car I was looking for in the colors I wanted and at a slightly used price that no one else had. The first time I stopped in, no one greeted us and we just looked around. I wanted to test drive and the salesman (I won't name) just sat in the back the entire ride. He only offered information if we asked. Otherwise, he was on his cell phone and actually took a personal call! After we finished, he let us look at it and said, "OK thanks". He could take it or leave it. We agreed not to buy from them. However, when they received the used car I had been wanting, I decided to give them one more chance. We came in, this time the same salesperson a little more friendly but still the same attitude. When I came in a few days later, check in hand to pay CASH, the guy my salesperson referred me to wasn't there. We walked into another guy's office and he just sat there and said, "Yeah?" I said I was there to pay for the vehicle. He said, "OK...? And....?" I made a face and said the man I was looking for wasn't in yet. He said, "I guess I'll do it then." Now I should have just turned and walked out. Seriously?!? We finally finished, they didn't ask me anything or say thank you, and handed me the keys. I will NOT get serviced there in the future!! More
