Everyone has a bad used car story! This is about the best car buying experience I have had since my first car I bought when I was a teenager. My daughter called me crying this past Christmas Eve that best car buying experience I have had since my first car I bought when I was a teenager. My daughter called me crying this past Christmas Eve that she had been in an accident. My first question was are you okay. Where are you and immediately I was on the way to Fayetteville. Her car was beyond repair and already loaded on the rollback headed to the garage. I got home and had to find another car for her to drive. On the internet, Autotrader was my choice to search looking for a used Honda Accord. After a few minutes of surfing Jackson Acura had the car that fit the bill. Send an e-mail inquiry on availability of this car late on Dec. 24th. December 26th, I a got a call from Clarke McDaniel a used car salesman with Jackson Acura. Within a matter of minutes he answered every question I had about this car even describing the scratch and missing 'H' emblem in the trunk door lock area with a picture to our cell phone. We made a deal over the phone!! I was given a drive out price and then the problems of getting the car from Roswell to Hampton started Clarke went above and beyond to make everything came together and happen. December 28th, my wife and I drove to Jackson Acura. We met with Clarke and saw the car for the 1st time. My wife left and within 45 minutes I had taken a test drive, all paper work done, and was south bound on Ga. 400 coming with this car. Thank you Clarke McDaniel for everything you did for us! He thoroughly explained all the paperwork I was signing and the financing process although I had my own financing. My car was certified which included additional benefits and Clark McDaniels made sure all that I received all my paperwork showing what the certification included. He made sure I had a full tank of gas, and cleaned the interior,,a car wash, a new set of floor mats and took care of the emission of the car prior to me picking it up. I was taken on a tour in the showroom, parts and service department. Another sales representative Chege Maina thoroughly explained to me the blue tooth, xm radio, and voice linkage in the vehicle until I was comfortable. Mike in the Financing Department was very thorough and efficient in completing the final sale of the car. I loved that Clark McDaniels was never pushy or demanding in me making a decision with the purchase. I am very pleased with the service I received. I would without hesitation return to purchase my next vehicle. I will recommend anyone to this dealership because they go above and beyond for customers. His salesmanship was a welcome relief from the sales tactics used by the salesmen at the other dealerships I'd visited. He allowed me to browse without standing over my shoulder, to test drive without forcing me to decide, and he gave me, what I believed, was his honest opinion about the cars I was looking to purchase. After a short test drive, I narrowed my search down to two cars and I couldn't decide, which one to buy. He gave me the option of an extended test drive, and, if I was serious about the cars, to take one home. I drove a rental there and I was tired, so I declined the offer and decided to go home to think about it, again no strong-armed tactics to buy. With my brother in tow, I returned 3 days later and decided to do an extended test drive on both cars. In doing so, I was able to make my decision a short time afterwards and bought my car that same day. The buying process was painless, as these things go, but because of the friendliness of the staff, I was out the door before I knew it. I am very pleased with my purchase and will visit them again in the future. Thanks to Clarke and Jim for the great buying experience. More

On our first visit they were very patient with our many questions. No high pressure to buy yet they did an excellent job of describing the various vehicles features.
