Jackson acrua’s service department is nothing like it used to be. I’ve been a loyal customer for the last 5 years and will not be returning. The service specialist recommended everything but what was cov used to be. I’ve been a loyal customer for the last 5 years and will not be returning. The service specialist recommended everything but what was covered in the multipoint inspection, which I didn’t realize until I got home and checked my email. The ridiculous part is the dealership keeps reaching out to me to schedule service for the items that were not completed while I was there. Their customer service is extremely poor. I’ve reached out serval times and I have not been given the decency of a call back. Take your money elsewhere as the service department can no longer be trusted. More
If I had to think of one word I’d say, FLAWLESS! I had a not so good experience at Ed Voyles Acura and had my 2006 Acura MDX towed there on a Saturday the car was DOA Yvonne cheerfully helped and a I had a not so good experience at Ed Voyles Acura and had my 2006 Acura MDX towed there on a Saturday the car was DOA Yvonne cheerfully helped and as well as the Advisor in her absence and then fast forward to now Stephen referred me to Reggie whom found a 2019 Acura MDX for me that I happily purchased and ended up with Yvonne again for servicing funny how life works but she was wonderful and suggested other services to save money for me later $500+ and nothing out of pocket for me! I went in for a simple oil change yet she was thinking futuristic and saved a phone call or visit later! FLAWLESS…. More
