We were served complimentary coffee and cookies, took a test drive, and Bowe sat in the back seat, informing us of all the options on our new car! Sam, the General Sales Manager is amazing! Never in our life, have we experienced the kind of personal assistance from a dealer, as the way we did with Sam and the rest of the group at this fine dealership!!! Bowe was awesome! Tom was excellent, as well!! We did not run into one person with whom we could not rate a perfect score! We will never buy Toyota again! And we will always buy from Ellena Honda in Lawrence! The sales manager was very patient with us, listened to and understood our concerns and we were able to complete the transaction with ease.
