The price turned out to be lower than expected, and the Rewards program gave me another $100 off! I have all my service work done here because I can absolutely trust the workmanship and parts. And best of all, I am treated "like a king" when here. Great customer service is near the top of my list of reasons to patronize a business. At first, the best car buying experiences we have had. When we arrived at Jack Ellena Honda, we fell in love with our (now) 2013 Honda Accord Sport. At first, we didn't know if we could afford a new car, but Tim and Matt both showed superior customer service and never made us feel like a new car was out of reach. They both went above and beyond to help make the car ours. In fact, the night we got to the dealership, we signed the paper work and the next morning it was officially ours. This truly is an example of people who are good at their job and who really know how to give their customers a stress free, amazing experience. We are completely satisfied, happy customers! We worked primarily with Bowe Gribble, and it was a pleasure from beginning to end. Prior to visiting Jack Ellena, I had recently had a very poor experience with another dealership in town and was ve pleasure from beginning to end. Prior to visiting Jack Ellena, I had recently had a very poor experience with another dealership in town and was very leary of going through the new car buying process again. What a complete 180 degree difference with Bowe Gribble and everyone else at Jack Ellena. Bowe was honest and knowledgeable and he did his homework which made the process go very smoothly. Everyone else we met was also very helpful. Also impressive was that I called Bowe one week after buying the car with a request, and he worked just as hard on that as he did when we were negotiating to buy the car. Often times you feel as if those trying to sell you something are all about service and smiles until you buy the product, then they 'disappear' and you can't find them. Not so with the folks at Jack Ellena. We had an extremely satisfying experience and would recommend Bowe and Jack Ellena to anyone looking to buy a new or used Honda. This is why we have given them the rating we did. More
I personally have never purchased a new vehicle. Therefore, I was very apprehensive about going to any dealer for a purchase. Prior to my visit at Jack Ellena Honda, I did my "homework" on the Inter Therefore, I was very apprehensive about going to any dealer for a purchase. Prior to my visit at Jack Ellena Honda, I did my "homework" on the Internet. I built my 2013 Civic SI Sedan via Honda.com. However, Sharp Honda, the Honda dealer in Topeka, KS, did not have my vehicle of choice. After clicking the websites of various Honda dealers in northeast Kansas and Western Missouri, I came across the website for Jack Ellena Honda, which had the Civic SI Sedan I built in their inventory. The following morning, which would have been Friday June 14th, 2013 I made a phone to Jack Ellena Honda, where receptionist directed my call to "Coop". He and I spoke briefly about the 2013 Civic SI Sedan, which we established a time for me to test drive said vehicle. Bowe Gribble and Tim "Coop" Cooper greeted me and my parents outside the dealership. Both gentlemen impressed me with manners they should me and my parents. My mother had her left knee replaced on June 10th, 2013. Both gentlemen made sure she was taken care of prior to assisting me, which showed me that both men were not just interested my business, but my family's well-being. Once both gentlemen got me and parents situated inside the dealership, Bowe began to talk to me about the 2013 Civic SI Sedan, while "Coop" began to appraise my truck. While "Coop" appraised my truck, Bowe and I took the 2013 Civic SI for a test drive. I must admit, my 2005 Colorado Crew Cab LS did not drive like Civic SI. Needless to say, the test drive fun and rather enjoyable! However, not everything was positive. Coop revealed to me that the title on my truck was not good, as in the Carfax report on my truck revealed that the title on my truck was "Reconstructed". Now knowing the fact that I bought this truck with a bad title from Briggs Dodge in Topeka did not sit well with me in anyway. However, this negative experience was not due to the sales team at Jack Ellena Honda, this negative was brought on due a bad experience from Briggs Dodge. However, both Coop and Bowe were determined to erase the bad experience obtained from Briggs Dodge by working with my financial situation and the trade-in value from my truck. Coop and Bowe worked diligently with me on the paperwork to the 2013 Civic SI Sedan I would eventually purchase. Both gentlemen were very thorough and professional in their attitudes and their work. Now I must say, all of what I have typed at this point occurred on Friday June 10th, 2013. I finished the paperwork aspect of this on the following day, Saturday June 11th, 2013. Once again, I worked with Bowe and Coop prior to filling out the paper, which was brought onto me by Tom Cuny. I'll tell you all something, Tom Cuny has an eccentric sense of humor, which I found to be quite entertaining and amusing considering I have a similar sense of humor. Anyway, Tom Cuny made the paper work process quite seamless and rather quick. He explained all of my options that I could acquire either at the time of signing or at a later date. Toward end of experience with Jack Ellena Honda, I met some of the sales team, including Sam Avazpour and the lone service department rep, Zach Long (it was almost 5pm, most of the crew probably had left for the night!) Nevertheless, everything the staff did for me and my family left a very positive impression on me and my parents. I know for certain, I will be back to visit not just for maintenance for the 2013 Civic SI, but possibly for future purchases! More
